STOPGAP FILL AND PRIME
Flexible Cement Based Primer Two Component
Designed to have a thixotropic consistency which enables joints up
to 4mm to be filled in raised access panels. Applied up to a thickness
of 1mm, it sets rapidly and is ready to receive foot traffic in as little
as 60 minutes. Once cured, the flexible nature of the product will
accommodate movement within the substrate.
General Use: Suitable for use over raised access panels and substrates
with well bonded, waterproof residues of adhesives prior to the
direct application of Stopgap 1200 or Stopgap 1500. It can be applied
to flooring grade wooden substrates such as plywood, orientated
strand board (OSB 3), particle board (chipboard) conforming to BSEN
312 Annex A P4-P7 and medium density fibreboard, prior to the
application of Stopgap 700. It may also be used to smooth out uneven
tongue and groove floorboards prior to over boarding with plywood.
