MOISTURE MEASUREMENT
AND TREATMENT
DIGITAL HYGROMETER
Simple and reliable way to accurately
measure the Relative Humidity (RH)
of a subfloor and decide whether a
waterproof surface membrane is
required. It is pre-calibrated and
ready to use.
Note: F. Ball recommend a Relative
Humidity reading of 65% or less for
wood floor installations, however, wood
suppliers should also be consulted.

One-Coat Waterproof
Surface Membrane
Suppresses the passage of
construction moisture and rising
damp up to 98% RH. It is pigmented
black and can be applied direct over
underfloor heating screeds.

Two-Coat (one part)
Waterproof Surface Membrane
A two-coat solvent free, one
component, ready to use system
which dries rapidly allowing early
installation of floorcoverings in fasttrack building programmes. Isolates
residual construction moisture
where values reach 95% RH.
